The Advanced Practitioner programme is offered to leaders who have completed at least two days of introductory course work which could include prior experience through the Masters of Professional Learning at the University of Auckland’s Faculty of Education or through participation in our introductory courses. It is delivered in two modules of two days each and includes significant practice in OTL™ leadership with a heavy focus on participants’ theory-in-use. Participants will receive:

• Individual coaching

• Feedback on interpersonal effectiveness

• Coaching in how to give feedback to others to support the building and sustaining of a learning network

The programme is delivered by an accredited facilitator from UACEL, who is an experienced educational leader and practitioner. The UACEL facilitator has the capacity to model the skills being taught, through video examples and on-the-spot demonstrations of the application of OTL™ Conversations to the participants’ own examples.

Open-to-learning™ Advanced
