Growing Great Student-centred Leaders - International Seminar 2018

We invite you to attend the Annual International Seminar for Educational Leaders. Strengthen your own leadership through a week of quality professional development that provides both the theoretical base and the practical application of international educational leadership research.

Our seminar is based on the model of student-centred leadership developed in the Best Evidence Synthesis School Leadership and Student Outcomes: Identifying What Works and Why (Robinson, Hohepa & Lloyd, 2009) which examines the links between leadership and student outcomes. This model is now fully described in Viviane Robinson’s book, Student-Centered Leadership (Robinson, 2011). This week-long experience delivered to a small group will bring the theory and practice together for participants.

The focus for 2018 is on how to lead effective inquiry, learning and improvement-focused action in schools and groups of schools.  We draw on the work of Timperley, Kaser and Halbert (2014) as the source for this work.
